Outsourcing Call Centers to Other Countries / Home Land Security for the Consumer:

There should be a law passed that all call centers for credit and banking institutions that deal with consumers that live in the United States stays in the United States.

There should be no reason that anyone in another country should have our credit information in front of them on a computer screen. It doesn’t matter whether the agency is bonded or not, identity theft is running rampant and our banking intuitions are part of the problem!

U.S. Consumer information should be better protected; Outsourcing our information to countries like India and the Philippines to name a few should be outlawed.
